Russell Heath Accountants celebrates 20 years of tenancy at Business in Focus

Russell Heath Accountants have recently reached a milestone as a tenant of Business in Focus. Currently based in the iconic Frazer Buildings in the Cardiff Bay premises, Russell Heath has now been a tenant for over 20 years.

“My experience liaising with the Property Team as a tenant has always been excellent and over the years and Business in Focus have always kept the rental costs low. Cardiff Bay is an ideal location as it is very easy to get to, has on-site parking, plus as a tenant I can use the meetings rooms across all of the sites at no extra cost if I need to meet up with a client”. Business in Focus also have staff on-site to professionally welcome our clients and that’s a great additional perk of being a tenant there”.

Russell first became a tenant back in May 2001 after starting the accountancy practice in September 1994 with a just handful of clients. He quickly established the business to become a popular service provider in the locality and now has a very strong client book. Russell has expanded the team over the years to six and operates from his offices in Cardiff Bay and Cowbridge, allowing a more accessible team and service to his clients.

There is a really nice community of businesses in Frazer Buildings, several others have been there for nearly as long us, which shows you what a great space it is and what an excellent service we have Business in Focus. “At 61, I have no plans on slowing down anytime soon. Luckily, I’ve kept fit all of my life and can keep up with my busy workload. Eventually I will look to sell the practice, but that is something I plan on doing much further down the road.”
