One of the smallest sites in terms of number, with just 7 industrial workshops found here. The units all have a small office space within them, benefiting from a small mezzanine area also.

The workshops range from 1,800 to 3,000 square feet, with large roller shutter and good eaves height making them suitable for storage, distribution & manufacture. A large compound surrounds the site providing a secure environment for all occupiers.
